S.C. LITARH S.R.L. was founded on August 20, 1998.
The company's main activity was the processing and sale of timber and other types of wood products. The first years of activity were marked by a collaboration with IKEA, the private company that sells home furniture, to which we supplied approximately 3,500 m³ of timber monthly.

We started everything from the desire to have a family business, as two members of our family were engineers specialized in the wood industry. In 2006, the idea emerged to enhance the value of wood by producing wooden houses. Initially, the manufacturing process was carried out in a rented space with minimal equipment. After years of constant and rigorous work, coupled with our enthusiasm for every wooden structure we built, we managed to open our own factory, which has a space of 1000 square meters, equipped according to the latest European standards.

Thus, in 2015, approximately 9 years after the assembly of the first wooden house in Balotesti, we managed to significantly increase our company's productivity and expand our production capacity. In the same year, we managed to acquire the first new Weinmann production line in Romania, all done with a private investment.
