Embroidery-only services usually take 2–3 working days, while orders that also include garments generally take 10–14 days. Delivery time depends on the selected product and supplier availability, so contacting us on WhatsApp is the best way to confirm the quickest option.

For example, a completed embroidered T-shirt order is normally delivered within 10–14 days.

Products that have not been personalised may be returned within the period provided by law. Personalised products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the approved order.

Cash on delivery is not available because the garments are personalised specifically for each customer.

After receiving the order, we check product availability with our suppliers. Production begins after the full advance invoice has been paid.

After you submit an order, we contact you and issue an invoice. You do not need to pay on the website when submitting the order.

Payment is made in full by bank transfer after you receive the embroidery preview and approve it.
