This is an essential technical step. We transform the image into a special file for the embroidery machine, where each stitch is programmed.

Together, we determine the color palette (from available threads), the size of the embroidery, and its placement on the product: chest, back, sleeve, side, etc.

Before the final embroidery, we create a textile sample to ensure the result meets your expectations. We'll send you a photo or a short video for confirmation.

📦 7. Packaging and Delivery

After the final check, we carefully pack the product and ship it via express courier. You will receive a notification with the tracking number for your package.

In 3-14 business days (depending on complexity), you'll receive a personalized, unique product with professional quality embroidery.
