White Walkers Nomads MC - custom embroidery on a t-shirt

For this project, we created a large embroidery on a black t-shirt, based on the graphic provided by the client. The design features a fantastic character, a motorcycle handlebar, mirrors, a headlight, and elements specific to a motorcycle club. The composition is completed by the texts:

WHITE WALKERS
MC
NOMADS

The name JOHN was also embroidered on the sleeve of the t-shirt for identification and individual personalization.

Embroidery inspired by motorcycle culture

The graphic uses a structure specific to motorcycle club emblems: curved text at the top, a central symbol, and a name at the bottom.

The motorcycle image and the fantastic character create a powerful, easily recognizable design, suitable for black apparel.

The embroidery was done predominantly with white thread, complemented by blue and red details. The contrast with the black material makes the design visible and maintains the monochrome appearance of the original design.

Adapting graphics for embroidery

The initial design contains many fine lines and small details. For embroidery, these need to be transformed into stitches that remain clear after execution.

The following were adapted:

• the character's shape;
• the motorcycle's contours;
• the handlebars and mirrors;
• the headlight;
• the arched texts;
• the small letters;
• the colored accents.

Some graphic details need to be simplified, as thread cannot exactly reproduce the very thin lines of a digital image.

Additional personalization on the sleeve

In addition to the main design, the client chose to embroider the name JOHN on the sleeve.

This solution is suitable for teams and clubs, as each item can have the same logo but a different name.

On the sleeve, you can embroider:

• first name;
• nickname;
• position;
• membership number;
• initials;
• club name.
